Orders generally leave our warehouse within 1 working day. Depending on the shipping method you select at checkout, it can take up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium
HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
You will receive a tracking link and status updates after your order has shipped. We will also send you shipping updates as your package gets closer.

MY TRACK & TRACE INDICATES THAT MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED, BUT I HAVEN'T RECEIVED ANYTHING YET?
Sometimes carriers mark a parcel as delivered too early and it appears a few days later. Then, if the package still hasn't arrived after 2 days, send us a message and we'll fix it for you.
Can I cancel my order?
We understand that mistakes can happen. Thanks to our automated processing system, we can pack and ship orders at lightning speed. However, this means we have a very limited window to make changes to your order. While we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests, please note that changes are only possible if you contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.Once your order has been shipped, we’re unable to make any modifications. For further details, please refer to our return and exchange policy or contact us if you have any questions.
When will my payment be refunded for a cancelled order?
If you notice a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it’s likely a pre-authorization rather than an actual payment. This will automatically be canceled by your payment provider.If you paid via PayPal, the canceled order should have automatically generated a refund to your account.For international orders placed with a credit card, you will only be charged once your order has been shipped.If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us directly.

How do I wash my products?
To keep your T-shirts looking and feeling their best, follow these care tips:
1. Machine wash on a cold setting to preserve color and fabric.
2. Wash with similar items to avoid pilling or color transfer.
3. Turn inside out before washing to protect the surface of the fabric.
4. Do not bleach or use harsh detergents, as they can weaken the fibers.
5. Lay flat to dry, or tumble dry on a low setting to minimize shrinkage.
Additional Tips:
*Avoid overloading the washing machine to allow proper cleaning and rinsing.
*If ironing is needed, use a low heat setting and iron inside out to avoid shine or marks.
Please note that using the dryer may cause up to 5% shrinkage. Hang drying is an option but may cause slight stretching over time.

Preventing shrinkage?
Lay the clothes flat to dry to prevent shrinkage. If you cannot air dry clothes, use a low heat setting on the dryer and remove the clothes from the dryer while they are still slightly damp. Too much heat is bad for fabrics.
Preventing fading?
Wash in cold water with similar colors.Rule of thumb:
The warmer the water, the faster the colors fade.
Separate light, dark, and white clothing.
Turn garments inside out before washing.
Additional Tips to Prevent Fading:
Use a gentle detergent designed for colors to preserve vibrancy.
Add vinegar to the wash: A half cup of white vinegar in the rinse cycle helps lock in colors.
Avoid direct sunlight when drying, as UV rays can cause fading.
Wash less frequently: Washing only when necessary reduces wear and tear on the fabric.
Use shorter cycles: A shorter wash cycle minimizes exposure to water and agitation.

How do I prevent my items from stretching?
For the best results, we recommend washing your items in cool water and laying them flat to dry instead of hanging them when wet. If air-drying isn’t an option, use a low heat setting in the dryer and remove the clothes while they’re still slightly damp. Once dry, avoid hanging them. Instead, fold the items and store them in drawers or on shelves to help maintain their shape.
CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE
Despite knowing your size with other brands, we recommend doing the fit test. This will reveal the best size for your age, height and weight.

WHAT IF I'M BETWEEN SIZES?
If you are looking for a tighter fit, we recommend a smaller size. If you prefer a looser fit, we recommend sizing up.

We don't do pre-orders, but you can be notified as soon as new stock is available by signing up for the newsletter. As soon as products are back in stock you will then be the first to know.

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products come with a 30-day risk-free return and exchange policy, excluding items marked as Final Sale. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Returns within the Netherlands and Belgium are free and hassle-free—just email us, and we’ll provide you with a free return label.
GENERAL RETURN QUESTIONS
Can I return a sale item?
All orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, except for items marked as Final Sale. These sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?
Contact our amazing support team at support@mensbestbasics.com, and we’ll assist you right away.
If I exchange an item, when will I receive the replacement?
Once we’ve received your return, our automated system will process your replacement order. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the exchange has been processed.
When will I get my refund, and how much will be refunded?
After we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund and credit it to your original payment method. It may take 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. We refund the cost of the returned items, excluding the original shipping costs.
International returns: Refunds for international orders may take up to 21 business days to appear in your original payment method after the items are received at our warehouse.
I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND?
Cancelled orders
If you see a charge on your credit card for a cancelled order, it is probably just a pre-authorisation and not a payment. If you paid via PayPal, the cancelled order should have automatically generated a refund to your account.
Credit card refunds
Allow up to 7 working days for the money to be refunded to your payment method.
IDeal, Bancontact en PayPal refunds
These usually take place immediately, so if you have received confirmation that a refund has taken place but do not see it in your account, please contact us directly so we can investigate further.
